FINAL MANUSCRIPT PREPARATION GUIDELINES
- Accepted papers will appear in the WPTC proceedings and will be included in IEEE Xplore (provided that at least one coauthor be registered as regular attendee)
- The WPTC Prize will be given to the winners selected by the Award Committee from all the participants presenting the paper at the conference
- Authors are invited to submit no more than four-page paper in English
- The manuscripts should be formatted according to the standard IEEE Transaction Style. To get the relative templates please visit the IEEE page

Obtain the necessary clearances to publish the paper. Consider WARNING to authors about ITAR .
COPYRIGHT
Completion of Copyright assignment is required at this stage of the submission process. To this purpose please follow the instructions on the e-mail you have already received from IEEE. The general IEEE Copyright rules can be found at IEEE Copyright Form
